Who we are

This site is operated by MFSD Limited, trading as MCR Essentials, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17211717. Our registered office is 9 Leopold Avenue, Manchester M20 1JL. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect

If you request early access, we collect the email address you give us and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. We also record the date and time of your request and a record of the consent you gave, because we are required to be able to demonstrate that consent.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not embed third-party tracking scripts on this site. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your details for one purpose: to email you about the release of Batch 001 and, if you stay subscribed, occasional news about MCR Essentials products. Our lawful basis is your consent, given via the checkbox on the signup form. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe, or until three years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. After that we delete them.

Who else sees it

Your data is stored on infrastructure provided by Cloudflare, which hosts this site and its database. When we begin sending campaign email we will use an email service provider to deliver it, and we will name that provider here before any message is sent. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to have it transferred to you or another provider, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us at the address above and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send carries an unsubscribe link. You can also email us and we will remove you.
